Returns Policy (USA Customers)

At Luxury Lenyx USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for fashion items and 7 days for home interior products.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Personalized, final sale, or clearance items may not be eligible for return — please check the product page for details.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support at luxurylenyx@gmail.com within the return window to request a return authorization.

  • Include your order number and reason for the return.

  • We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
